GlowBoost strives to provide high-quality consumable dietary supplements and a seamless customer experience. Due to the safety and hygiene reasons, returns are restricted to specific conditions as described below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

A return request may be raised if the delivered product meets any of the following criteria:

  1. Damaged, broken, tampered or leaked product
  1. Wrong product shipped
  1. Missing product in order
  1. Duplicate product received
  1. Product expired or nearing expiry on arrival

Packaging that is severely damaged upon delivery

The customer must raise the return request within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the order. Once the request is acknowledged by customer support, the product must be returned and received at the designated warehouse within thirty (30) calendardays from delivery, and refunds will only be processed afterthe returned product has been examined and confirmed to be in acceptable condition.

  1. Condition of Returned Product

A returned product will be accepted only if:

  1. It is in acceptable,unusedcondition
  1. Original packaging, labels, and barcodes are intact
  1. There is no excessive usage, tampering, or intentional damage
  1. The seal is not broken unless the damage or defect relates to manufacturing, leakage, or expiry

Products used for reasons of personal preference, dissatisfaction with fragrance/texture/results, or subjective expectations are not eligible for return. Certain categories such as opened or partially consumed products, products damaged due to customer handling, promotional items or freebies, and customized orders are non-returnable unless defective upon delivery.

  1. Cancellation Criteria

Cancellation of an order is permitted only before the orderis dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot becancelled, but a replacement or exchange may be requested, provided that the product is in good condition and meets the criteria for returns. Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

  1. Combo,Packs and Promotional Offers

For products purchased as part of a combo, set, or promotional pack (including “Buy X Get Y”), returns or cancellations apply only to the entire pack and not to individual items, unless the Company specifies otherwise.

  1. Return Verification & Refund Process

No processing fees are applicable for regular returns or replacements. In the case of an upgrade or replacement with a higher-priced product, you are required to pay the difference in price. Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective, incorrect, or not as ordered, in which case the Company will bear the return shipping cost.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment account. For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to the bank account provided during the return request. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days after the returned product has been inspected and verified. Replacement products will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of approval of the replacement request, subject to product availability.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice, and the updated version will be posted on the Platform.
