Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with:
- Take clear photographs before opening the package.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email us with your order number and photographs.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
